No wonder Carin Wester was awarded "Designer of the year" (2005) by Swedish ELLE, she is genius! She puts the gladiator feel in this sandal without all the fuss, and made it using leather, which is suitable for rock chic style too, plus not compromising with feminine side. The sandals still look so masculine. Not to mention that it is soooo...comfortable. Did I say she is a genius? She is!

This bag is fun as its' name. Great for picnic, shopping at the market, or swimming.
Not suggested for daily use unless you add another small bag inside to keep your belonging.

Though I know Issey Miyake, to be honest, the name of Tsumori Chisato doesn't even ring a bell to me. She is Japanese, that I know for sure. Other than that.. ding dong. I'm blank.
Apparently, Tsumori Chisato was one of Issey Miyake's assitant back then. However, who cares? I don't care who she is or what she did back then. All I know is her pieces are so stunning and took my breath away.
Her designs are much more playful than Miu Miu, with vibrant colors, great pattern, strong details, yet using lighter and much more comfortable fabric. I am stunned.
If there is a word to substitute chic, then it should be Tsumori Chisato. I love every pieces of hers!

My mum bought robes or tunics from Antik Batik. She said it looks like Saree style. I agreed, but the first one is not really looks like Indian style and much more vibrant then the second one.
I think I'm going to borrow the first one real soon. LOL.
